![]() I have reinstalled audio drivers as well, external hard drives and a SD card reader.ĭoes anyone have an idea on what this could be?Įverything seems to be working fine, but it just annoys me that something, somewhere is not installed properly. One is still not installed, PCI simple communication controller. ![]() Then, after disabling the ad-hoc network and "removing" all the settings, I had a few issues with my ethernet, wifi and bluetooth (which I use all of them) so I just reinstalled all the drivers rather than spending hours trying to figure out the problem.Īfter going through device manager, a few "unknown devices" were not installed, so I took to the internet *cough* Google, and apparently I needed to reinstall my chipset drivers as well. So I had to use CMD to create an ad-hoc network to change my printers settings etc. Little did I know, that windows 8 doesn't have Ad-hoc in the networking settings page or whatever you want to call it. So I had to reconfigure my printer and reinstall the drivers (it's quite old but works with windows 8 surprisingly). Long story short, my stupid router gave an android phone the same IP as a printer, my printer only having static IP settings, went a bit stupid. Hi, new to forums and sorry if this has been posted before.
